Strength and mobility training so that you can get strong and flexy at the same time. Ultimately, mobility IS strength - we will dive into what exactly this means and how you can find pleasure in your movement both in and out of the gym. Move well, live well!
A diet should not be viewed as a negative thing. Everyone follows a diet - it's what they eat day to day. We do use nutrition to heal and perform well, but we do not have to give up foods we love in order to get strong, flexy, AND feel confident!
Your mind is your most powerful tool. We will cover how to approach training with a mindset of intent and how to tackle the days you are feeling unmotivated. You will be along side a group of women with similar goals so that you have a support system!

I’m a mobility and weightlifting coach! I help my crew get strong and flexy with confidence so that you can finally stop tearing your body apart for what it doesn’t do or look like and begin appreciating all it does do for you!
I empower you to grow mentally, physically & internally so that you can feel freedom within your own body – at the end of the day, it’s the one thing that is with us for life! I have been there, feeling trapped. After healing from disordered eating, body dysmorphia, a laundry list of health issues and chronic pain, I needed something brand new - that's when I officially left bodybuilding and found weightlifting. My focus shifted from aesthetics to performance, and the relationship with myself and my body began to shift too.
After 8 years of doing the work and investing in myself and my education, I've been able to change my life and the lives of my clients through the exact process I am going to be sharing with you in this event. I provide the tools necessary to learn how to move pain free and have fun while doing it. My mission is to help women just like you understand basic anatomy and physiology so that we can begin to appreciate the body and all it does for us. We are in this for the long haul, and we will reach the destination by embracing the process together. I would love for you to be a part of this movement with me!
