WHAT YOU'LL LEARN OVER THE 3 DAYS
We are going to dive into the "why" behind structuring a workout plan. What movements should you be doing to burn the most fat and build the most muscle? How many sets and reps should you be doing if your goal is to gain strength? How much cardio should you do? This hour will be jam packed with information to help you build better workouts!
With all the information out there, how is it possible to know if you are eating right for your body?! We will cover macros, calories, and where to start. Most importantly - how to eat well for life, not just the next couple of weeks or months.
Your mind is your most powerful tool. We will cover how to approach training with a mindset of intent and how to tackle the days you are feeling unmotivated. We are playing the long game, and we want to you to STICK TO THIS! You will be along side a group of people with similar goals.

I own RevFit, and I am a coach specializing in mobility and weightlifting. I help my crew get started and STAY on the journey of health and fitness by teaching them how to hurdle the inevitable plateaus we all face and by helping people understand this is for LIFE - we are motivated by an upcoming vacation or big event, but this journey never stops....so stop rushing and embrace :)
I empower you to grow mentally, physically & internally so that you can feel freedom within your own body – at the end of the day, it’s the one thing that is with us for life! I have been there, feeling stuck and unhappy in my own body, unsure what to eat and how to lift, confused about the endless information out there. After healing from disordered eating, body dysmorphia, a laundry list of health issues and chronic pain - many of which stemmed from my lack of knowledge about what health and fitness really means - I created RevFit to shine light on what the human body is really capable of.
After 8 years of doing the work and investing in myself and my education, I've been able to change my life and the lives of my clients through the exact process I am going to be sharing with you in this event. I provide the tools necessary to learn how to eat right, move well, and stay consistent throughout it all. My mission is to make this world a better place and that all begins with improving our relationship with the Self which requires exploration and knowledge of the human body. We are in this for the long haul, and we will reach the destination by embracing the process together. I would love for you to be a part of this movement with me!
