Coach Ryan Simpson
Ryan specializes in advanced bodybuilding training and body tempering. He started off his journey in the gym as a 300 pound 26 year old in need of a lifestyle change. He got down to 196 pounds, and then added nearly 50 pounds of muscle to compete in Classic Physique. Now Ryan uses a combination of training methods to build lean, strong, and functional bodies.
Bodybuilding consists of a few important puzzle pieces, and Ryan covers every last detail: muscle activation, volume, intensity, nutrition, and recovery. Although bodybuilding puts an extreme emphasis on the physical appearance, Ryan educates on health and fitness as a whole. The physical aspect is only one piece to the puzzle.

Coach Hailey Lopez
Hailey specializes in performance training to help people reach an overall athletic appearance. She coaches with the goal of seeing her clients love and enjoy the gym as much as she does. Hailey grew up in Gilbert, AZ as a soccer player then attended the University of Arizona and became an Athletic Training Tech for college athletes.
After college, her passion for fitness grew stronger and she became certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Hailey looks forward to assisting others along the way to not only reach their goals, but to give them the tools and knowledge for continued success in health and fitness for the rest of their lives.

Coach Matteo Bobak
Matteo specializes in bodybuilding training for all ages. His main goal is to motivate others and have them obtain their desired physique. When he began training he weighed 184lbs, he knew this was a good weight to be at but it was not muscle, so he decided it was time to change. He lost 26lbs weighing in at 158lbs. He has now been focusing on gaining muscle and understanding how the human body can change with the proper training and diet.
Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Matteo knew he wanted to serve our country. He received the Naval ROTC Scholarship from the U.S. Marines Corps and currently is a Midshipman attending Arizona State University, where he will become a 2nd Lieutenant upon graduation. His passion for fitness and motivating others has led him to personal training and helping people reach their true potential.

Coach Megan Simpson
Megan specializes in weight loss management, strength and conditioning, and mobility. Believe it or not, we are all athletes! Megan will open your eyes to this fact as she teaches people to move efficiently, quickly, and most of all - pain free. Megan started Revolutionary Health and Fitness with Ryan to do one thing - revolutionize the fitness industry.
The fitness industry is oversaturated with misinformation, and it wreaked havoc on her life. Since then, Megan has developed a passion to teach others how to look at their bodies as a never ending project. While focusing on the journey of improvement, it is an ongoing process that allows people to love their body. She works with everyone - from beginners who dislike the gym atmosphere to those who have been coaching/training for 20 years.

Coach Ben Burnell
Ben works with athletes of all levels from youth to professional and he specializes in speed training and powerlifting. Ben's favorite group to coach are those looking to improve their sport performance. Ben's experience includes a degree exercise science, while he played semi-professional football and served in the U.S. Navy. His passion is to help individuals believe everyone is an athlete at heart.
Ben focuses on movement patterns improves small details that can make big difference when it comes seeing results. Through weight lifting and bodyweight exercises, he is one of the most thorough coaches and you count on Bent to help you reach your goals.Education/Certifications:

Coach Cierra Runge
Cierra is a 2016 Olympic Swimmer turned nutrition coach. She has competed internationally on the USA Swimming national team for 5 years, earning 5 medals for Team USA. After completing her undergrad in Interdisciplinary Studies: Nutrition and Healthy Living and Psychology at Arizona State University, she is helping people change their way of life through food.
Cierra's goal for her clients is to help them understand their relationship with food and develop healthy habits and mindful eating. Food is fuel and looking at it in that light, while applying goals and psychological changes, helps the weight come off and stay off.
