What Is MELT?

Myofascial Release

We use a variety of modalities beyond the foam roller to break up adhesions and to get tight muscle into a relaxed state - lacrosse balls, barbells, and more.

End Range Strength

This will balance tension across the joint and close the gap between your passive and active flexibility. You can't stretch a muscle that you can't contract!

Lubricate The Joints

We utilize Functional Range Conditioning principles such as controlled articular rotation (CARs) to get your joints feeling buttery.

Transcend Your Movement

We rewire the soft tissue and nervous system by retraining newly aquired ranges of motion. This will ensure your hard work "sticks."
