- Designed for beginner to intermediate, both in and out of the gym!
- This program will include tissue work, passive and active stretching, and a sprinkle of strength/stability training.
- Prepare for a few strenuous sessions followed by complete relaxation!
- 3-4 sessions per week for 12 weeks along with daily mobility protocol that will evolve as you progress through the program
- Equipment Needed: 2 lacrosse balls, 1 foam roller, 2 yoga blocks, 5# ankle weight pair, 1 medium theraband (red), 1 PVC pipe/broomstick
