I have gotten stronger while losing body fat. I keep hitting new PR’s (I have added over 100# to my deadlift!), trying things that I was terrified of doing before (Olympic lifting, I’m looking at you), and the scale is going down steadily. Most importantly, I have gained a lot more confidence. I don’t weigh in every morning anymore and I don’t feel the need to because I know I’m working towards a better me every day.
I love the RevFit family especially my coach Hailey. I first joined RevFIT when I was at my unhealthiest - I've not worked out for about a year, my diet consists of mostly fast food and Starbucks and I was eating out quite often, felt terrible/ had low self-esteem. During my first consultation with Megan, she explained how RevFit is all about making a lifestyle out of health and fitness and not just a "time in my life". She connected with me and Hailey and I am very happy with my results now that I'm 3 months into the program. Coach Hailey is a fun and light-hearted coach who knows when to push and when to change things up when things get too difficult for me. She makes me feel heard and cared for and inspired /motivated me to a better person overall. Even though her sessions are tough for me, I know it is all worth it. I love RevFit and look forward to many sessions with them.
