Ryan Simpson

Specializes in:
Bodybuilding training and weight loss management.

About Ryan:
He started off his journey in the gym as a 300 pound at 26 years old. He got down to 196 pounds, and then added nearly 50 pounds of muscle to compete in Classic Physique. Now Ryan uses a combination of training methods to build lean, strong, and functional bodies. Bodybuilding consists of a few important puzzle pieces, and Ryan covers every last detail: muscle activation, volume, intensity, nutrition, and recovery. Although bodybuilding puts an extreme emphasis on physical appearance, Ryan educates on health and fitness as a whole. The physical aspect is only one piece to the puzzle.

Megan Simpson

Specializes in:
Body recomposition, strength and conditioning, and mobility.

About Megan:
She teaches people to move efficiently, quickly, and most of all - pain free. The fitness industry is flooded with misinformation, and it wreaked havoc on her life. Since then, Megan has developed a passion to teach others how to look at their bodies as a never ending project. It is a journey of improvement, not perfection. She works with everyone from beginners who dislike the gym atmosphere to those who have been coaching/training for years.

- ACSM Certified Personal Traine
- USA Weightlifting Level 1
- Certified in Pace, One Barbell, Row-It, Mobility, and Strength and Conditioning accredited through ACE and NASM

Matteo Bobak

About Matteo:
Before starting in the gym, he weighed 184 pounds. He decided it was time to make a change. He cleaned up the nutrition and got consistent in the gym resulting in 26 pounds lost. He has put on several pounds of muscle since then and hopes to help others do the same! Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Matteo knew he wanted to serve our country. He received the Naval ROTC Scholarship from the U.S. Marines Corps and currently is a Midshipman attending Arizona State University, where he will become a 2nd Lieutenant upon graduation. His passion for fitness and motivating others has led him to personal training and helping people reach their true potential.

Naomi Buchanan

About Naomi:
She grew up in Texas as a competitive swimmer. She struggled to gain weight and never felt strong as she never had a positive relationship with food or the gym. Her fitness journey started weighing 98 pounds. Naomi stayed disciplined, created goals for herself, and successfully gained 40 pounds of muscle. Naomi has a passion for helping others find that spark when it comes to fitness and strength training. She wants to help other people build confidence by building their dream physique. Fitness is a marathon and not a sprint, and she promises her clients that they will enjoy the journey in and out of the gym.

Daniel Gray

About Daniel:
At the age of 18, he joined the United States Army. After completing boot camp, Daniel decided he wanted to put on as much muscle as possible to look the part of a U.S. Army Soldier; that’s how he fell in love with bodybuilding. After Daniel's 4 year contract with the Army, he decided to take things further and got certified in personal training. It is now his passion to encourage and teach others how to achieve their goals whether they want to improve their appearance or just become healthier overall.

Hailey Lopez

About Hailey:
She coaches with the goal of her athletes eventually enjoying the gym life as much as she does. Hailey grew up in Gilbert, AZ as a soccer player then attended the University of Arizona and became an Athletic Training Tech for college athletes. After college, her passion for fitness grew stronger and she became a certified personal trainer. Hailey looks forward to assisting others along the way to not only reach their goals, but to give them the tools and knowledge for continued success in health and fitness for the rest of their lives.

Ben Burnell

Speed training and powerlifting

About Ben:
He has worked with athletes of all levels from youth to professional and plays semi-professional football himself. Ben also served in the U.S. Navy. By focusing on movement efficiency first, Ben will show you that everyone is an athlete at heart. Through weight lifting and bodyweight exercises, he is one of the most thorough coaches you will ever meet, and you count on Ben to help you reach your goals.
