Hey! My Name is Dawson Coman I’m 26 years old and I am a personal trainer and posing coach for REVFIT as well as an online lifestyle and bodybuilding prep coach. I have been an athlete my entire life, growing up I played every sport under the sun; football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, track, tennis, rugby, wrestling, gymnastics and was even a state ranked BMX and motocross rider. In high school I excelled in football and track and was 1st team all Nevada in both. Once I graduated, I star ted going to the gym religiously because I no longer had after school practice or summer league sports to go to. The gym was just a hobby but my dream was still to be a division 1 football player. My freshman year of college I tried out for the University of Nevada Reno’s football team and made it as a running back. It was around this time I really fell in love with the gym and even after team weight training, conditioning and football practice I would still hit the campus gym every single day. During spring ball practice I suffered a gnarly concussion that took me out of playing for several weeks. It was at this time I realized my true love was now the gym and bodybuilding and went all in. Flash forward to 2024 I started my first ever prep and ended up winning the overall bodybuilding title at the prestigious Steve Karr Classic in Las Vegas and became nationally qualified. With that I entered Texas Nationals 6 weeks later where I ended up placing 3rd, one spot away from winning my pro card. Soon after I moved back to Arizona and started working with Ryan and REVFIT so I can help others find and grow their passion for fitness and bodybuilding and help them reach their highest potential as both a person and athlete.  From football to powerlifting. Competition is in his blood. Finding his passion at 19 he started moving toward personal training. At 21 he joined Revfit, found his stride and took the final plunge into the personal training world. Before that time he was gathering knowledge, whether from self coaching through competitions, shadowing mentors, or reading, Now after putting it all together he looks to help you get better and stronger.

About Ryan:
He started off his journey in the gym as a 300 pound at 26 years old. He got down to 196 pounds, and then added nearly 50 pounds of muscle to compete in Classic Physique. Ryan founded RevFit in 2019 and now uses a combination of training methods to build lean, strong, and functional bodies. Bodybuilding consists of a few important puzzle pieces, and Ryan covers every last detail: muscle activation, volume, intensity, nutrition, and recovery. Although bodybuilding puts an extreme emphasis on physical appearance, Ryan educates on health and fitness as a whole. The physical aspect is only one piece to the puzzle.
